Carnival All Brands Replatform

Project Goal

The goal of the Carnival All Brands Group (ABG) replatform project was to break down the silos across Carnival’s brands (Holland America, Seabourn, Costa, etc.) to create a more consistent, transformative digital experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Carnival ABG wanted to better leverage the scale of its entire group of brands by standardizing data sets and technology assets to unify and improve the guest experience across the brand portfolio.

My Role

Senior Content Strategist at SapientRazorfish for the migration of Holland America Line, Seabourn, and Costa cruise brands.
